• High levels of beta HCG seen is
— Multiple pregnancy.
— Hydatidiform mole or
— Choriocarcinoma and relatively high in pregnancy with down’s syndrome.
• In ectopic pregnancy —* lower concentration of βhCG as compared to that of uterine pregnancy.
