malignancy is not a complication of acute pancreatitis. The other complications
of acute pancreatitis are pancreatic pseudocyst, intraperitonealhaemorrhage,

erosive gastritis, portal vein thrombosis, oliguria, azotaemia, acute tubular
necrosis, hyperglycaemia, hypocalcaemia, fat emboli, Purtscher's retinopathy,
hypertriglyceridaemia etc.
