bronchopulmonary Aspergillosis:
Primary
(i) Clinical h/o Asthma
(ii) Eosinophilia
(iii) Immediate skin Reactivity to
aspergillus antigen
(iv) Precipitating Ab. To aspergillus
Antigen
(v) IgE
(vi) Pulmonary infiltrates
(viii) Central bronchiectasis
In ABPA, the pulmonary infiltrates may
be patchy , segmental and even whole lung may be involved.
