Adipose tissue changes are a feature of Crohns disease.
• Fat Hypertrophy
• Fat Wrapping Creeping fat
• More than 50 percent of intestinal surface may be covered by fat especially along the antimesentric border and sometimes leading to the obliteration of bowel mesentry angle.
Creeping fat is well demonstrated by CT scan.
