*  Trophic ulcers due to impairment of nutrition because of ischemia and anaeshesia (Neuropathic) Causes:-

* In polio there is only motor neuropathy, sensory intact. So, in polio no trophic ulcer is seen. 
• TB Meningitis causes obliterative endartertis and occlusion of vessel thereby infarction of brain and cranial nerve palsy, hydrocephalus.
